Brush Rhythm - Print Media

He works with the classical technique of wood cut, masterly modified through his own remarkable implementation. His characteristic brush stroke on the printing plate is decisive for the entire working process. He calls his style his personal “sign language”. Strokes and structures on the wood are cut as precise as possible. The desired rhythm in his work is created through multiple printing processes on paper or textiles. In his later dialogue with the final works he recognizes their pattern values.
